The Phillies have reportedly spoken with Pedro Martinez about returning to the team for the second-half of 2010. This is the most open that GM Ruben Amaro has sounded yet about Pedro, Part II.Pedro had a 3.63 ERA in nine starts for the Phillies in 2010. He was also impressive in two of his three postseason starts, including Game 2 of the World Series in New York ---- the place where he's been most influential.
